kr0n is back! For a few days.. Until *she* chases of to a music festival! Which is a bit of a role reversal.. After that I'll be redressing the (over) balance by flitting off to Fiberfib!
As usual I haven't done Glasto blog-justice... Just saying it was fantastic doesn't cut the mustard.. I'm not going to improve that by much now but here's a bit more:
* Beirut were probably my favorite discovery
* Neds Atomic Dustbin were the most fun (and I ran intoopulentfruit there!!)
* Rodrigo and Gabriella were the best thing I saw overall.
* The Arcade Fire, Young Knives, Noisettes, Klaxons and Biffy Cliro all put on notably great sets.
* This was the worst ever year for the Banyon Tree. Partly because the festival license fascists shut it down two nights running. Partly becausewiggi was insufferably smug about playing, twice.
* The scrumpy was scrumpylicious.
