Bad bad bad
Feb. 1st, 2020 11:27 amThe UK left the EU last night. We're still in transition, but our future is now very up in the air.
Best case: we do a good deal with the EU, and we are just rule takers from now on. However this isn't what BoJo wants. So, unlikely.
Worst case: we do a deal with the USA. The NHS will be ravaged by American big pharma and we'll have to accept all their crazy awful food standards.
Other case?!: We just do deals with commonwealth countries we have more in common with anyway. We're probably just a bit poor?
Who knows. But very worrying.
